I thought it would be grand to have a separate place to go for all the canning recipes here on the blog all nice and neat and such.
Since a lot of home canning recipes can be processed in both a waterbath canner and a pressure canner, just to make it even easier (and who doesn’t like that?), they have been included in both categories.
There are, however, just as many that can only be processed in a pressure canner.
Canning guidelines are updated occasionally. The easiest way to stay up to date is by visiting the National Center for Home Food Preservation. They have lots of recipes, too. 🙂
