May is the month to celebrate Moms and flowers. This month’s celebration menu starts with a Creamy Asparagus Soup and features Spatchcock Cornish Game Hens on the grill, Thyme Roasted Vegetables, Spring Salad with Sugar Snap Peas, and individual loaves of fresh-baked bread, then finishes with a Cherry Cream Cheese Pie with Pecan Crust. Throughout the month I’ll be sharing all my recipes as well as how to make your own cream cheese, a healthy homemade Italian salad dressing mix, and tricks for forming individual loaves of bread to wow your dinner guests.
