Equipment and Tools
I love using these baskets (banneton in French, brotform in German) while the bread is rising. Gives it a cool pattern on the top.
I would be lost without my dough hook. So much easier to use than a big spoon.
I use my bench scraper to fold and turn dough, to cut it into portions, and to scrape the leftovers off of the cabinet.
I use my lame just about every time I make bread.
I like cookbooks that are a little out of the ordinary. These have some great recipes and are fun to read as well.
Sourdough Starter Cultures
I use both of these companies for multiple resources. They are smaller companies and I love to support them.
I will never post a link to something I do not own and use and love. Unless it still happens to be on my wish list. 🙂
